I have known Buck for about a decade, always was the real deal. We stumbled upon a piece of land one day and I saw he was the an agent for the property, gave him a call not knowing he was in the business. He hadn't changed since college, still the same honest straight forward guy. He made it super easy from start to finish. We are already working together on another piece 2 days after our last close.
