Moving from another state and buying a house remotely can be nerve-wracking, to say the least. But Chad was more than just a realtor. He was a constant support, always there for us. He answered all our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us and had to deal with a few last minute "required requests" per VA standards. He made us feel like we were more to him than just his clients. Thank you, Chad, for making our dreams come true! Forever grateful for you!

Rose Steepleton
Very few agents are able to move as much property in Central Louisiana as Rose Steepleton. I regularly see her list homes in the million dollar price range. Rose has now been my agent for two home purchases. The first home was purchased for $140,000. The second home was purchased for $200,000. Compared to the property you often see Rose listing and helping clients purchase, my homes were on the low end of the scale. You wouldn't know that, though, if you saw all of the calls, texts, and emails that I received from Rose through the entirety of the process. There were 10 years between the purchases of my two homes, and the high quality service that Rose provides has not wavered in that time. When you walk a property with Rose, her eyes see things that would go unnoticed by most buyers and agents. Need an answer to a question?
